The first step is to practice a downward snap. You can see this snap in the picture above. The wrist is down with the thumb on top.
Once you can do this properly then follow the these few steps:
Go through your pitch the same way you do for your Fastball but instead of coming through with the palm facing the catcher, have the thumb toward the catcher.
When you reach two inches in front of your hip, snap down, as shown in the picture above.
Release as you snap your wrist and stop about three inches below your shoulder. Throw this pitch as fast as you can.
That's it, now just get use to that snap and you will have this pitch.
