Learning more pitches is the key to improve your abilities. The more pitches you have to choose from the more dominate you will be as a pitcher because your hitters will never know what's coming and if you have an off day on one pitch, you still have so many others to choose from. It's important to learn with in your abilities, in other words unless your throwing 55 mph or higher then you will not be able to have a rise that actually breaks. For pitchers throwing under 43 mph you can throw a Fastball, Change Up, Curve and Drop. For pitchers throwing between at least 43 mph you can learn a Slider. For pitchers throwing at least 50 mph you can throw a Screw Ball. For pitchers throwing at least 55 mph you can learn a Rise. To learn the details of each pitch simply click on their link, I have put them in the order I recommend learning them. Do not go onto learning another pitch until you have perfected all your current pitches.
